Kahoot: Game-like Quizzes

Hi there! Have you ever wonder how you can make your students love quizzes? If yes, then this post is definitely for you!

Kahoot is a really fun-to-use application with which I have been familiar for 2 years thanks to my teachers and I really enjoy it when my teachers use it in our lessons. So, I wanted to create a blog post about it.

As teachers need to evaluate the student's knowledge about topics, we prefer to make a quiz to see if they have prior knowledge or they understood the topic. And, Kahoot is a kind of tool with which they can make gamelike quizzes including multiple-choice questions or true/false questions. Moreover, it is not like traditional quizzes but it is more like a technology-integrated one. Students reach your quiz from their own devices via an invitation code after entering their nicknames. In this gamelike quiz, they compete both against time and against each other in a fun way. After each question, marks and score on their screen that motivates them. When the quiz ends, the players get on the podium based on their scores. The best parts of the tool are that you can find much other content on the site or application and that you can practice those quizzes to correct yourself anytime you want.
